Technical Work


Programmer
Develop and improve proprietary software technology and tools. Participate in technical implementation and test plans. Construct solutions to design problems. Interact and communicate effectively with co-workers. Integrate 3rd party software with proprietary software.
Creative Work


Game Designer
Create and evaluate design documents for various new game/attractions for the Blue Mars MMVW. Communicate with the producers, artists and programmers in game production/development. Work with the game testers to evaluate playability and resolve design issues.
Others
Business Development
Responsiblities include: focus on corporate strategy initiatives; working out contract and licensing issues with partner companies; building financial and business models; creating business proposals.
Partner Relations
Responsibilities include coordinating and assisting with projects of partner companies. Requires prior work experience in game production/development.

Operation Support
Responsibilities include preparation for our service launch, administration and maintenance of the game servers, and player/customer support.
